Yoga nidra is a practice that will help you connect with your own deepest inner resources for increased clarity, inspired creativity and deep peace in your life and work.
You will begin with a playful flow of gentle yoga postures to loosen the spine, create openness in the body and increase breath capacity. You will explore mantra and sound vibration to tune our energy then we peacefully resonate in stillness with yoga nidra meditation (think of a 45 min. savasana!)
The process of yoga nidra is accessible for anyone who can lie comfortably on the floor and there is nothing you need to DO.
Andrea will safely guide you through relaxing breath work and visualization by spoken word. Then, you will brought back gently to a conscious waking state, refreshed, renewed and ready to take on your world.
