Ayurvedic Practices For Vitality (ALL-ACCESS PASS HOLDERS ONLY) LIMITED SEATING
Limited Capacity seats available

Ayurveda is an ancient lifestyle practice and a medical system from India that is over 5,000 years old.   It teaches that there are specific lifestyle practices that synch our individual biorhythms with the cycles of nature.  In so doing, we awaken cognitive memories necessary to achieve our deepest personal healing.  It is in the awakening of our memory, that we re-member — interweave, restore, integrate— our fundamental relationship with nature, and unearth the deepest aspects of who we really are.

In this workshop, you will learn what ayurveda is and the lifestyle practices — diet, detox methods, herbs — that enhance health, vitality and contentment.
